Behind the Line: Cooking Experience is an interactive, hands-on class designed to bring you into the world of a professional chef. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to elevate your skills, this experience is all about learning, creating, and having a great time in the kitchen. Led by Chef X, you’ll learn how to prepare a curated dish or menu using techniques, tips, and insights gained from over 15 years in the culinary industry. From flavor building to presentation, this class gives you the tools and confidence to cook with intention. Each session is designed to be approachable, engaging, and memorable—perfect for date nights, small groups, or anyone looking to try something new. You’ll leave not only with a delicious dish, but with skills you can take back to your own kitchen. Classes are hosted as intimate, mobile pop-up experiences with limited seating to ensure a personalized and enjoyable environment.

Cancellation Policy
All class bookings must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your seat. Due to limited capacity, all bookings are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their class with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled class will be forfeited. If a class does not meet the minimum number of participants, it may be rescheduled or canceled. In this case, clients will be offered a transfer to a future class. Please arrive on time. Classes will begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss portions of the experience.
