Lets Make Pasta

I learned how to make pasta from some of the best chefs in Italy and I want to pass that on to you.

There are 3 levels of classes that offer different things:

Beginner - We learn the fundamentals of pasta making. 

Intermediate - Learning different styles of pasta ( lasagna, standard ravioli, fettuccine, Pappardelle) incorporation of spinach or carrots into pasta to make the famous color pasta.

Advance - We will lean everything from the intermediate class as well as different fillings, sauces and types of stuffed pasta.
